■ ご予約受付について

• ご予約受付は、日本時間にてご希望日の 14 日前の午前 0 時より開始いたします。
  【例】7 月 15 日のご予約 → 7 月 1 日 午前 0 時より受付開始
• メールアドレスの誤入力等により、当館からの返信が届かない場合は、ご予約を無効とさせていただく場合がございます。

■ キャンセルについて

• キャンセル手続きは、ご予約日の前日 20 時までにお願いいたします。
• 前日 20 時以降のキャンセル、またはご来館がなかった場合には、キャンセル料を請求させていただきます。

■ 同一名義での複数予約について

• 同日・同時間帯において、同一名義で複数のお席を予約することはできません。
  【例】14:30 開始の 2 名様席を、同一名義で 2 席予約することはできません。

■ お席・人数指定について

• お席の都合上、規定人数以外でのご予約は承っておりません。
• 複数席のまとめ予約や、近隣席のご希望など、座席配置の指定はお受けできません。

■ 人数変更について

• 人数選択が可能なお席については、規定人数内であれば事前のご連絡は不要です。
  【例】3〜4 名様席の場合：3 名様・4 名様いずれにも変更可能
  ※ 上記の場合、メールでのお問い合わせや特別なお手続きは不要です。
• 人数内での変更については、キャンセル料は発生いたしません。

■ ご来館時間について

• 開始時刻より 50 分以上遅れてのご来館はお断りいたします。
• ご同席の他の方が先にご来館されている場合でも、50 分を過ぎた時点で、遅れて到着された方のご入館はお断りいたします。
• いずれの場合も、キャンセル料の対象となりますのでご注意ください。

■ ご利用時間について

• 当館都合による遅れを除き、お客様のご来館が遅れた場合、お見送りは予定通りのお時間となります。

■ ご予約方法について

• ご予約は、予約フォームからのみ承っております。

■ 年齢制限について

• 5 歳未満お子様のご来館はご遠慮いただいております。

Important Information to Be Acknowledged in Advance

■ Reservation Acceptance

• Reservations are accepted starting at 12:00 a.m. (Japan Standard Time), 14 days prior to your desired date.
  Example: Reservation for July 15 → Reservations open at 12:00 a.m. on July 1.
• If our reply email does not reach you due to an incorrectly entered email address or similar reasons, your reservation may be deemed invalid.

■ Cancellations

• Cancellation procedures must be completed by 8:00 p.m. on the day prior to your reservation date.
• Cancellations made after 8:00 p.m. on the previous day, or failure to visit without notice, will incur a cancellation fee.

■ Multiple Reservations Under the Same Name

• Multiple seats cannot be reserved under the same name for the same date and time slot.
• Example: It is not permitted to reserve two separate tables for two guests each at 2:30 p.m. under the same name.

■ Regarding Seat and Party Size Requests

• Due to seating limitations, reservations are accepted only for the designated number of guests per table.
• Requests to combine multiple tables, to be seated near another party, or to specify seating arrangements cannot be accommodated.

■ Changes to the Number of Guests

• For seats where a range of guest numbers is selectable, no prior notice is required as long as the change remains within the designated capacity.
• Example: For a table designated for 3–4 guests, reservations may be adjusted to either 3 or 4 guests.
• In such cases, no email inquiry or special procedure is necessary.
• Changes made within the designated number of guests will not incur a cancellation fee.

■ Arrival Time

• Guests arriving 50 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will not be admitted.
• Even if other members of the party have already arrived, any guest arriving after the 50-minute grace period will be denied entry. In all such cases, a cancellation fee will apply.

■ Duration of Use

• Except in cases of delays caused by the venue, if a guest arrives late, the departure time will remain as originally scheduled.

■ Reservation Method

• Reservations are accepted exclusively through the reservation form.
• Applications made via direct email or telephone cannot be accepted.

■ Age Restrictions

• We kindly request that children under the age of five refrain from visiting..
